What the blog is this?!?

Hello, internet. This is a blog. You are reading a blog. If you had already figured this out CONGRATULATIONS GO YOU. I am still trying to figure this out (which should be extremely obvious by this point).

I wanted to do a quick little introduction post to cover a few things:

1. My name is Cecilia and I am a book nerd (queue chanting chorus of 'Hello, Cecilia') Here is an Instagram photo with a book in it, proving my book nerdiness.

2. Due to the aforementioned book nerd status it has become apparent (ie my significant other has had enough of me yelling at him whenever I finish a book and am feeling things and he has no idea who/what/where I'm talking about) that I need an outlet for all of my book feels/rants/rambles/keyboard mashing/arm flailing/other appropriate reactions

4. Therefore I cannot guarantee any level of quality of future posts. If you are looking for eloquent literary reviews, this is not that place and I take absolutely zero offence if you decide to leave now. You just don't get a goody bag because you didn't stay for the full duration of the party (apparently this blog is now a party... now doesn't that make you want to stick around?)

(Bet you weren't expecting to see a shirtless DJ Khaled in this post, hey? Sorry about that... but look, party!)

5. Are goody bags still actually a thing? What do kids get in them these days? iPhones? Dinosaur eggs? I may investigate this further...

6. Sometimes my posts may go off on tangents. However, I will try my hardest to bring everything back to whatever point it was I was trying to make. Again, no guarantees.

In summary, I just really like books and other nerdy things and I want to talk/flail with other fellow nerds on the internet.
